When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. this is out of our control, and will typically be due once they arrive in the country of destination but before the goods can be delivered.

Import charges vary widely making it extremely difficult to calculate and/or collect before the order is shipped. Due to this, the buyer is held responsible for any fees imposed at this time.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means that if you receive a product that is defective or incorrect according to your order, we will reship your product free of charge.

Note: Because all of our products are custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for any preference based issues (ex. "i don't like the color"). However, if there is a physical defect or other issue with your product, please contact us via our contact page & we will be in touch to determine the best solution to ensure you are satisfied and taken care of.
